I help organizations do the hard work of growing up without losing what made them matter.

I founded a grassroots organization, led it for 14 years, then built the infrastructure to sustain it beyond me. I co-founded two others, one statewide and one national, and learned what it takes to build something that can actually weather transitions, funding shifts, and leadership changes. I know the difference between growth that serves the mission and growth that just looks good on paper.

I'm trained through the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute, which means I bring a framework for understanding exactly where your organization is developmentally and what it actually needs at this stage.

I work with organizations on:

  • Scaling without losing trust or community voice
  • Realistic funding and growth planning
  • Community engagement that builds real accountability
  • Culture and leadership alignment
  • Organizational assessments using the Nonprofit Lifecycles framework

I'm not here to hand you a strategic plan that sits on a shelf. I partner with you to figure out what's essential, what's working, and what needs to change, even when the answer is uncomfortable.
